Regardless of your career goals, our apprenticeships give you the head start needed to reach them. While pursuing an associate degree or vocational certificate, you can learn crucial skills and gain important hands-on training to help you be successful in your chosen field. We also offer apprenticeship positions at our aviation hangar for installation and maintenance.

For those transitioning out of the military, we have options for you to apply your technical skills and love for Garmin products. We partner with organizations such as the Military Spouse Employment Partnership and Hiring Our Heroes to help our military community review positions as they transition within or out of the military.

PIPER AND OLATHE ELECTRONICS HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAMS

These programs allow high school students to gain hands-on experience and 1 year of college credit toward an associate degree in electronics technology at Kansas City Kansas Community College or Johnson County Community College. We also offer apprenticeships as students complete their remaining credits toward their associate degree following high school. Tuition reimbursement allows apprentices to receive an associate degree at very little cost.

PIPER AND OLATHE ELECTRONICS HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAMS

GET STARTED WITH AN INTERNSHIP OR APPRENTICESHIP

Want to gain on-the-job training that reinforces your educational training or trade program? We have full-time and part-time internship and apprenticeship positions that work around your schedule. Your hands-on experience within our walls will supplement your coursework, including one-on-one mentorship and team collaboration. These positions are eligible for various benefits and, in some cases, paid housing and reimbursement for schooling.
