EDUCATIONAL REIMBURSEMENTS
Garmin provides a reimbursement allowance for tuition and fees for undergraduate and graduate-level courses for full-time associates.
PILOT CERTIFICATION
We offer a reimbursement allowance for pilot certification, and we’ll help defray costs for ground school and flight hours logged during ground school for full-time associates.
HEALTH CARE
Associates can participate in comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans for themselves and their families.
WELLNESS PROGRAM
For the Health of It! is the voluntary, company-wide program that offers educational resources and creative programing to help associates improve their health and well-being.
401(K) MATCH
Garmin provides a base contribution of 5% of an associate’s salary to their 401(k) plan as well as $0.75 for every dollar an associate contributes to their plan, up to 10% of the associate’s salary.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, associates may purchase Garmin stock at a 15% discount from the lowest market price between set dates.
PAID TIME OFF
We observe 10 paid holidays, and associates earn paid time off at rates corresponding to years of employment. And up to 14 weeks of unused PTO hours can be rolled over to the next year.
FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENTS
Garmin celebrates fun and families with summer celebrations and holiday events for the little ones.
PARENTAL LEAVE
Garmin provides parental leave, running concurrently with FMLA, to enable an associate time to care for and bond with a newborn or newly adopted child.
ADOPTION ASSISTANCE
Garmin provides adoption assistance reimbursement to help with expenses incurred for a qualified adoption, such as public or private agency fees, court costs and legal fees.
